Bibliography

Camp McCain was established as a U.S. Army Infantry training post in 1943. The camp, located in Grenada County, Mississippi, is named after Major General Henry Pickney McCain. Camp McCain was home to the 87th and 94th Infantry Divisions during World War II. The Camp McCain Training Center currently trains Army National Guard and Reserve organizations.
