Ruby Randle Dedeaux Collection
Scope and Contents
The collection includes Ruby Randle Dedeaux’s “Golden Jubilee” Diploma as well as a scrapbook of her years at Mississippi Normal College. The scrapbook is titled “‘To the memory of other days:’ 1914-’15-’16” and includes pamphlets and programs, registration receipts, grade reports, pressed flowers, sketches, and other memorabilia.

Biographical / Historical
Ruby Randle attended Mississippi Normal College (now the University of Southern Mississippi) from 1914 to 1916 and was awarded a “Golden Jubilee Diploma” on August 14, 1966 along with other original attendees of the school.
