Form of Material Address "The Treatment of Yellow Fever" given by Dr. Holt, President of Louisiana Board of Health, to the Physicians of New Orleans on July 29, 1905. In the 1880s, Dr. Holt was President of the Board of Health in the State of Louisiana.
