The Henry and Sue [Lorenzi] Sojourner Civil Rights Movement Collection contains a vast array of materials from during and after the [Lorenzi] Sojourner’s time in Holmes County, Mississippi, during the Freedom Summer of 1964. Subseries I: Lantern Slides (Boxes 18-25)
Seventy-nine three inch x five inch glass lantern slides, depicting lumber and logging research from the late 1920's and early 1930's. Slides taken at lumber mills and yards in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Florida document types of lumber piles and methods of treating lumber. Other slides document blue staining and microscopic views of fungi on lumber.

Robert Benjamin "Bob". Waller of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, was a professional photographer who operated a studio out of his home from the mid 1940s until his death in 1977. The collection contains photographic negatives from Waller’s studio, including portraits, wedding photographs, aerial photographs, and commercial photographs from local businesses, schools, churches, organizations, and events.
